I am new FM 2007 user and do not know what is the editor all about??? Can somebody please explain how i can use the editor to expand my stadium?

1st. File>Load Database>Choose the one you want to edit
2nd. Click on the stadiums tab on the left menu bar
3rd. Type the stadium name in press enter to search>Click on the stadium and edit away.

where is the file and the load database option
im like really confused

OK you start the editor from Start>Programs>Football manager like you would to start the game, the nclick the editor which is below the game icon then it should appear, then look to the top left and there should be "file" button click it the a dropdown menu should appear you then load database from that list, then if you have installed the patches there should be;
Original- First database of the game
7.0.1 - the first update
7.0.2 - the latest database
