the editor give the option to create new teams and stadiums among other things but i can't clic on them for some random reason??

You need to load the database you want to edit first. Then the create options will become available to click.

i already loaded the data but i still can't click it, but the option is there i see it?

yes it's greyed out but i found out how to fix it.
you have to load not only the database but all the history of players and clubs and all the extras in the option for it to work.
