how do I edit so that the chairman doesn't interfere with selling players

I hate that the chairman accept a offer because he feels that the offer is too good to decline...

what stats is it? thanks

If you go into the editor, click staff, you'll see the chairman at the top, click his name, and change the stat that says interference, and make it 1 that way he wont sell any of your players.

he still sells me player =(, so there is no way to stop that action?

If you edited it using the editor came with the game, you have to restart a new game for changes to be applied within the game. If not try using FMM. But not sure if you can edit that with FMM.

You can change your chairmans stats with the pre game editor and also FMM.

Change his interferance, ambition and determination to 1. and any other stats you think.

There's no 100% fix, some chairman will get involved anyway, there's just small changes in the editor you can do to try and avoid it.

Zero is a default number- Which means the A1 will create a number itself. One is the lowest!

in the editor put the chairman interference down to one he wount sell eny players then
