I've just created a game with a Cornwall team and I've created a number of local cities.

What I wanted to know was whether there was any way I could get it so my promoted youth players came from nearby cities, like they do with the real teams?

Just change the player's city of birth to the local cities you've made..?

No what I mean is at the beginning of a season when the regenerated players are promoted to the youth team, is there a provision for them to be from local towns/cities.

Your team will automatically recruit youth players from your clubs home city and local area. Just make sure that you've set latitude/longitude for the cities you've created.

What does this mean??

It means that when you create a city theres an option to set the longitude and latitude of that city.

If you don't know what that is, look on a map and its the lines that run across it, vertically and horizontally
