Default Edit point deductions
as it says on the title, how do I edit point deduction's because I want to give the worst team in the game 50- point's that would be a challenge.

Yep that would be a challenge, you would have to win virtually every game just to avoid relegation

The answer to your question is: you cant!
The only way would be by using FMM and putting them into debt/administration and that would only give a 10 point deduction.
