There should be a slider which lets you select which database to start a new game with.
As for UEFA competition, you cant edit compteitions yet I think. Like the rest of us you will have to wait on another patch or a seperate patch for the editor.

Go via the start button to your FM07 shortcut, then look for editor.

Does anyone know the limit/cap of non-staff adding for FM07?

if FM2008 is as rubbish as i've found 07 then you're gonna lose a great customer..i always make sure i have the game for my birthday so FM08 + editor best be good and take 07 as one hell of an example

As we are expecting an update from SI, does anyone from SI know whether we are to expect any tweaks to the editor? I'd love to have B, C and II teams and maybe history added.

Nygreen, I have a few problems! First of all, why can't I have a Superman, where all his attributes stay on 20? Why do all my players stats go down?

Totaly agree why do all the stats keep going down after you edit them even tho you set CA and PA at 200.

If I want all my players 20 and best team on game then it should be up to me. Maybe for the next version you could add a tick box at the start of a new game saying like superman mode so people that moan that its cheating can uncheck this box.

I have purchase every game on the day of the release since the verry first championship manager and 07 there are some great bits but the attributes thing is realy anoying.

I'm struggling with the 7.02 version, if I search a player, it crashes giving me the 'non responsive' action, seaching for teams works ok

1 - there are no search filters (unfortunately...i wanted to search players & staff by favourite teams.

2 - Select player > Details > in this box is First Name...Surname...further down is Second Nations </BLOCKQUOTE>

I manage to find the above location but i just cannot add a Second Nation for a player, can anyone help me with this??
