No matter training schedule i put my players on they alwyays end up losing points not gaining.

Even if i keep the levels just under medium they still loose points. WHY????

It's now getting to apoint that i'm thinking of abandoning my game, no matter what i do or try points go down!!!!

Are you sure you are training the players in the right are? And some screen shots would be nice too Personally speaking, trainign works very well for me.

In the training menu, go to coaches and check if your coaches have 4-5 stars. If not then fire your coaches and re-hire better ones.

They do lose over the course of the season though. Peaks and troughs.

I can understand peaks and troughs fine. It's just that i find it so annoying that all my players have slowly lost points on their attributes each month.

Training works, but is a very, very slow process.
Some basic rules:
First forget the red/green arrows, there useless.
Players under 24 will improve faster than above 24
Don’t over train, check every player if there happy else reduce training intensity.
Get good staff, 3 or 4 stars per training item will do.
Play them regularly at the correct level of ability, so play U-20 against U-20 and reserve against reserve.
