Ive tried myself but to no luck. I want to play an attacking style of football, scoring plenty of goals. I finished 4th in league with Boro last year but i was top until around March time and then the formation seemed to fail me. Im into October now in the new season and im in the bottom half.
Im looking for a formation that will let me have two AMC or one AMC at a push and wide players. Otherwise im wasting talent and money.

Ive got Aimar AMC, Van der Vaart AMC, Downing, AML, Navas AMR, who i really want in the team but will sacrifice Aimar as hes 32.

Any suggestions as im now stuck.

Several ways - diamond 442 would be a good one, with Van der Vaart AMC, Aimar and Dowming as ML/MR with furrows to AM's works well for me (different players, obviously). Get rid of Aimar and get a DMC - maybe someone like Diarra from Chelsea or Makalele, as he'll be quite old but sill a really good playmaker.
