It depends. At max, in my experience anyway, you can only improve player's stats by 3, perhaps 4. Seeing you have a striker there with some very good striker attributes (finishing, dribbling), if his pace and acceleration stats are similarly high, then everything else is surplus. All that you should be concerned with now is his mental attributes.
I would recommend against setting strength and aerobic to max as it takes up too much of the workload and is practically a waste of time with a player with particularly low stats in that area.
