If you get 4 or 5 star coaches and then set the bars to these, everyone's attributes increase!

Streangth Medium
Aerobic Medium
Goalkeeping None
Tactics Medium
Ball Control High
Defending High
Attacking High
Shooting High
Set Pieces High

Mixed results for me so far as I get quite a few injuries but only adopted this training schedule halfway through the season so will use it for a full season and see how it goes
