Help me please someone!

I seem to have this problem where I just draw every single game either 1-1 or 2-2.

I always go into half time ahead, and normally conceed however many to draw in the second half.

I have a feeling it could be to do with my half time team talk.

I currently play a 4-4-2, play slow, possession football with a counter attack, and man marking. I have a fast team (I only try use players with a pacey stats). I use a target man and I dont allow my team much creative freedom (I find my defence just get loads of pressure upon them when I do, and also that my strikers cant score).

Anyone have any advice?

i would say take counter attacking off as it may be causing problems with your possession football? react to changes by the opponents too.

also check that say changing their left winger and striker doesn't mean that your centre back starts marking their left winger...that annoys me!
