I am struggling to find a tactic to use, that is good for any team. Having played football manager for years and years, I have always started off as Manchester United, my supported team, and then gone off and done something different, e.g. be a third division german team and build them up etc etc.

I normally create my own tactics, but I am starting to lose patience with FM08 as after hours and hours, I am still getting no where. Anyone have a decent tactic, preferred 4-4-2 to play for Manchester United.
