Sultan Cem in FM08

Hi, in FM07 he turned into an immense player.

FM08, his stats look good but my scouts say not to bother with him.

Has anyone played in yet? Whats he like?

I am playing with Fenerbahce (Galatasaray's - the club of Sultan Cem - biggest rival) and my scout told me (judging PA: 20, judging PP:20) he is a "only last resort" player.

On the other hand, I checked the editor and his potential is -9, which seems really high. I am also confused but I believe he is worth a shot as he is really easy to buy (work permit a problem maybe) at the beginning of the game.
