I have given up on trying to buy my top targets now! I wanted C. Ronaldo, Silva, Messi, Ronaldinho or Ibrahimovich. I offered up to USD 150 million and still they rejected. Messi has a release claue of 75 million but he just won't leave Barcelona. So basically I have over 100 million to spend and still can't get someone I want. I'm R. Madrid btw in between 3rd and 4th season.

This is my squad:

GK: Casillas, Adan
LB: Heinze, Torres, Taiwo(just signed the young nigerian)
RB: Dani Alves, Torres
CB: Zapata, Metzelder, and Heinze can act as cover
MC: Fabregas, Sneijder, Zapater, Diarra
MR/AMR: Hiquain, Alves(only when I can't do otherwise)
ML/AML: Robben, Matios Fernandez(not sure of spelling), Drenthe
ST: Aguero, Robinho, Saviola

After failing to get any of the top targets I decided to buy youngish players who are not impossible to sign. By younger I mean under 26 or so. Not necessarily under 20 players.
As you can see I think I need renforcemnets at CB and as strikers. Cos I sold Pepe for 40 million. Maybe even a winger.

Who would you sign if it were you? I was looking at maybe Pato as a youngster but his stats are nothing out of the ordinary. Vidic wants to leave Man Utd but they still won't accept a 40 million offer for him.

i would get rid of Saviola and get a younger kid
Saivet or Vela would do nicely

Good squad, but you're defence looks a bit thin on the ground. You definitely need another CB or move Torres to CB and get another RB. Perhaps Rafinha or Lorenzo de Silvestri for RB. Try Vidic or Richards for CB if they want to got to you.

Midfield is good: but maybe a right winger as back up to Higuain, not sure who you could go for though...maybe you should scout around and see what you think.

Attack: get rid of Saviola and perhaps bring in Benzema or Henri Saivet.

id say get huntelaar up front. dont know how much hell cost you.
it sounds like you only want top top players. i would say lulinha.
pique or kompany at cb.
