I'm surprised there is a discussion about the manager experience option, I just thought we would all start at the lowest level, I know I will be.

What would be nice to see is if you do choose the lowest level of expereince, any staff that you approach might say something like "does not want to work for a manager who he has never heard of".

Well, when I played an exhibition hockey game in the States, small town of less than 7500, the entire rink was full. I'd say it held maybe 500, not including standing room, and standing room looked pretty full to me.

And no, this wasn't on a Friday night.
