Using the randomiser I was allocated Hereford United in the Conference National as my first LLM experience.

I'm now in my 5th season and in the top half of the Championship and really thrilled with the ride so far.

Of course, the playing roster is much different to what it was when I started out.

And I've recently been listed as a possible for taking over at a higher rep club. The only thing is, do I really want to?

I guess it's wait and see what offers eventually come my way.

A cautious welcome.

You should have consulted Frank, not the randomiser, whatever that may be. This randomiser not only failed to give you a team in the lowest possible league, but one of the best teams in the conference too.

Still, 3 promotions in 5 seasons is not to be sniffed at.

Greetings American dude. This randomizer sounds a bit dodgy how come you didn't start in the bottom legue?

Australian actually... but hey, we're allied....

The randomiser (and I found that on a link here somewhere...it may have been Frank?) gave me Hereford, so there I was.

I have noticed that Hereford can get themselves promoted all by themselves, but still, the LLM experience was what it was all about.

I finished the 5th season in 13th place in the Championship.

For some reason, my puter freezes in the tween-seasons ( I had 6 leagues on Full with huge database ).

I started again with Morecombe... I know not in the lowest league possible, but semi-pro didn't interest me.

It was the word “roster” that pointed me towards the wrong continent. Hey whats 10,000 miles between friends. I’m not sure your grasping the concept of LLM if you say “semi-pro didn't interest me”, have a read of the forum header and you’ll see why we play as we do and the Guidelines that we follow.

Oh, I grasp the concept all right. I just find the semi-pro clubs as well, uninteresting.

Remembering that Morecombe are building a 50,000 seat stadium, I ditched them and started again with 6500 seater Woking... why Woking? Simply cos I like the kit!

Probably not the best reason, but it was a good as anything else.

Au contraire: it's the greatest reason to pick any team

That works for me too. Particularly after Frank sent me off to manage a team in yellow and white. Do I just send the opticians bill to Frank care of you Wizzle?
