I've been managing Fisher on the beta (media prediction - finish 22nd and last) and am about to go with Blyth Spartans - also tipped for the drop and have a squad where over half are 16 or under. I'll probably go on to the Conf N club that has a huge debt and wage bill and start with a ten-point penalty.

With the scaling down of attributes across the board (I even had staff with their key attribute being 1), the level at the bottom is so, so bad it's beautiful

Dunno how bad Conf National is; sorry you'll have to wait longer for N/S but believe me, it will be worth it.

They have the 3 feeder leagues as well I beleive. If you look at the clubs list for England you can clearly see the three feeder leagues to COnf N/S on there. AFC Wimbledon in the Isthiman.
