Okay, so the guy still posts in Satan fora. Whatever. Stop being some damn crusader and try looking on the bright side - it's a perfectly valid, even interesting post. It breaks no rules, either.

To respond to ntfc's question -
* I would like to see SWYCT/SYB officially scrapped, just due to redundancy. Yay for scouting restrictions.
* I'd also like to see a rule added, limiting managers to the board's recommendation for staff size.
* The job centre might become the de facto way of finding staff finally.
* Lastly, the rules could probably use some updating on finding players. Specifically stuff we support, like asking players/staff for recommendations.

I plan on playing my first FM07 game in Scandanavia. Time to venture outside the UK. Probably some Norwegian 2nd Division team.

Kallinan, I'm sure your intentions are honourable when you chastise Simon for making pre-judgements about a guy who posts in the "other" fora, but look at it this way.

Users like him have been here for years. They've put up with literally hundreds of posts from guys from T&TT and GPTG which have, either deliberately or without malice aforethought, caused heaps of trouble for the regulars and the mods.

Now, I'm not condoning Forum Police Work and I'm certainly not condoning user abuse, but you have to consider that for every (ex) user of T&TT and GPTG who posts here with good intentions there must be 20-50 who have been complete wasters, LLM-wise, so it's understandable, if not justifiable, why those pre-judgements are made.
