No, no and almost, I think. It's early
Never been able to talk someone out of retiring. Not had much reason to, if I'm honest. The one club legend I had was well past it before he decided to retire, so much so that I'd already got him onto the coaching staff and out of the team before he officially hung up the boots (there's my almost - like Michal he became a coach, not AssMan).
I've never had a red card appeal be successful either. Pretty much every red card I get is for a professional foul on a "clear" striker and has no ambiguity. Although last night when my main SC manages to track back 70 yards and get sent off for a professional foul I was hopeful for a first appeal success, the FA turned the appeal down flat.
It still annoys hell out me that my team always see red for such instances, but my opponents, 90% of the time, see only yellow for the same offence.
