Question for signing players

Hi to all LLM,

I am playing the first season in Conference South , and after the 1st January i have found that i am not able to approach players , whose contract expire in the summer and they are belong to English teams. On the other hand i can approach players that are outside England.

Is this correct? I dont remember this happens in previous releases.

I believe its now 6 weeks until contract expiry before you can approach somebody.

Several threads on this within GQ. Apparently FA rules state that clubs can only approach domestic players on a Bosman 6-weeks before contract expiry.

Erm ... if you're still in Conference South and you really are a llama, what are you doing approaching players outside England?

On the other hand it doesn't mean he has approached people from there. He might as well just have seen the "Approach to Sign" option...
