So some people on here already think Im a jib-arse who will just give up 6 months into a season and go back to managing in the Premiership? Granted, I didn't used to play in the lower leagues often. I wasn't good enough. Who knows, maybe I'm still not. The difference is now I will do it until Im a success. But for christs sake give me a fighting chance lads, I haven't even picked a team yet and your making me look like a plank who hasn't got a clue.

When the game comes I'll be picking a team and telling you who that is in this thread, and then you won't hear a word from me until the end of the third season.

Chris. Chill out. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. If you want to play a long career, then do it. If you don't, then don't.

If you're playing to prove anyone wrong, that just seems pointless. I doubt whether that's the motivation that's going to keep you going for 15 seasons anyway.

No, self-pride is my motivation for trying the LLM scene, thats what made me come here. But the initial replies suggested that it was against the odds that I would even make it, so that is added incentive for me.

Sorry if it appeared I lost my rag a bit, I just think I should be given a chance to mess up before people assume it will happen.

Much respect for the hierachy in the LLaMa though, I don't think I've ever seen a forum so rigorously rule(guideline)-abiding, and this can only be a good thing. I really think I'll feel at home here... eventually.
