Ive just been offered £100k for a non-entity of a MC valued at £1k Ive been using the offer-to-club function to push the price up as high as it would go and Ive still got 3 clubs prepared to pay (I started at £5k and got around 10 offers).

I donno, doesnt seem very realistic to me. Any guidance from you poofs?

If you think it unrealistic then dont do it and sell for what you think is realistic.

LLM = realism as much as the game allows.

Thereaon fo no text speak isn't due to anyone ebing pendantic, it is because many posters don't have English as a first language and text speak can be confusing

I get it. M8 is used on another forum I contribute to (non-FM) that also doesnt allow text speak. Suppose its a bit like WHS. Or RTFFH. A netism rather than "txt spk". But, I wasn't thinking when I wrote it.. so it shant be used again.

Just before it left, it happened again. I used the offer-to-club function and got a player value upto a stupid amount (1k striker upto £150k :eek So, Im thinking my start game may be corrupt? Think, I'll start a new game (same settings) and see if it happens again. If it does, I'll have to think of some self-imposed rule. Or maybe not use it at all.

Sorry beanie, my typing was very poor. Yes it was M8 were referring to it makes sense to some native english speakers but not to other posters, or old blokes like Ian, Church and myself.

It could be a bug, do as you suggest and then if it replicates you might want to post it in the bugs area.

The excessive transfer fees was a massive bugbear of a couple of LLaMas with FM06. They will not be happy to here of these revelations. :thdn:

Errm, still playing FM06. Well, actually, only just started playing it (for years now Ive bought CM/FM on replease, only to not play it for irritation at the bugs).

The discussion never got resolved iirc. I think everyone just did their own thing. Some rejected those offers some accepted. I mean it's unrealistic to suggest such offers would come, but, it's unrealistic to suggest the board would reject it, too.
