is there an option to get assistant to play friendlys do contracts like there is on pc version? where is it?

If you do not want to play friendlies just go on holiday past the match.

in all fair respect ive only had 3 friendlys each year so far and if i dont care about them just put the speed on very fast and they will be done in a minute

There isn't an option to have the Assistant take control of Friendly games, however, you should only be scheduled to play two or three per season.
