perhaps this has been answered in another forum but i haven't been able to find it - does the WWSM 2008 digital download include the editor? and if not, is there another way to get it?

Yes it includes the official pre-game editor that comes with FM.

Where is it? I downloaded the game and it doesn't seem to be there.

Its in the main game folder and its called 'data editor.exe'
