1) It depends on the staffing at the club. If there are sayyy portuguese staff at the club then there may well be portuguese regens. I beleive it also depends on your second nationality and reputation of the club. Like mine is irish so I get some Irish regens (this may not be conclusive as I am everton though)

It depends on your club's knowledge. Now your club's knowledge is affected by your nationality, your staff's nationality, where you send your scouts, and your feeder club's knowledge.

I have sent scouts across the globe, they have knowledge for just about every country! My feeder club is Strasbourg of France.
So surely i should be getting a few regens with diff nationalities?
