i downloaded all the kits, logo's , badge's etc. they all worked fine. then i thought ooowww these match graphics stuff off sortitoutsi.net and fmgraphics.com look good.
i went into program files and deleted the old balls, pop-ups and info bars and replaced them with these fancy nike footballs, and sky sports pop-ups etc.so i started a new game to see how they worked. got into the match and all of a sudden it went completley black! then it took me out of fm and said serious error and all this crap. so i've had to deleate everything from FM and re-install it all. what a waste. did i do something wrong or were the files dodgey?

sounds like you deleted the default files so the game wouldn't have picked them up. if you rename the sky sports popup & the nike ball to whatever the default files are it'll work fine
