i looked everywhere to try and find a program to make a skin but nothing seems to work

SOMEONE HELP

A) Posting in caps is considered rude.
B) Making skins are easy. Just edit the graphics of another skin.

There is also another thread like 5 down from this asking the same thing, top right of the forum you can do searches, there's alot of info about making them.

It's amazing how people bypass the search button and go straight to the new thread option. If SI charged for every new topic about the same subject, they'd be billionaires by now.
