how do i get my pic as a manager ive you need a config file im so confussed plz help

Do what the guy said, start a game follow the wizard when adding a manager and it will ask you to add your picture.

yea and i chose my pic and nothing happens its still the default pic coming up

Check the game manual, you have to use the search to search your pc folders to find your picture.
