Default Stadium as Background
Is it possible to have one stadium as my background all the time? If yes how can I do that?

I'm using Steklo Left as my skin. I would like a nice background of Nou Camp.

Yes, go to the skins/steklo/graphics/background folder and replace the 'default' picture with the one you want to use.
