is there a way to create players with random stats so when you start a game they its just by chance they may be good or bad ?

also can add ur own photo's to new players ?

I think that if you set all his playing stats to zero, it will randomize the stats. The editor uses the number zero as a default number, so it will create a number it self so should work!

Yes you can but to find out exactly how to, try the graphic and skinning forum. There are guides there.
