I want to know whether I can make for instance galatasaray only playing with turkish players. I mean as bilbao can not transfer anyone except basque, I want the same thing in galatasaray or may be in arsenal with only english men.

As far as I know this regulation (foreigner restriction for Bilbao) is hard coded into the game by si so you can't change it with an editor.

I wonder what would happen if you put in a bunch of non-basques into the Bilbao squad? What would they do? Instantly sell them or just use them normally?

We actually have 5 out of 32 English players in our first team, and 16 out of 24 in our reserves.
