How can make my teams chairman be a SUGAR DADDY on FM2007?
Is there a cheat or something I have to edit?

If so, can someone tell me how to do it please? Many thanks in advance.

You can use the editor to add a sugar daddy. Go to the team of your choice and tick the option on the finance screen.

Go to start, then sports interactive, then football manager 2007, then editor, then click file and load the database.

I want to be Spurs and I found the editor and have ticked the 'Sugar daddy' and added a few zero's on the transfer budget but every time I load the game up I have a rubbish transfer budget of under £20m!!

What am I doing wrong? its so frustrating cos Im crap at the game and just want to have a bit of fun on it.

If I don't do this I'll never play it again.

Be patient.

You'll normally see that you've got the budget you edited when you first start the game. Once that has been used you'll be given some more depending on how well your intials signings have performed.

BTW, don't go crazy when you bump up the budgets in the editor as it can cause the game to give you debt. I'd recommend giving yourself £200m at most.

There is another way to get founds (aka. Suggar daddy) This is what you have to do: This option will give you a rich chairman who will support you financially with transfers to ease your rise (hopefully) to the pinnacle of the footballing world. Your very own little Roman! To enable it, type “SUGAR_DADDY” in inverted commas, followed by your club’s long name e.g. “Watford”

i use that an it work perfectly,u just need to open your notepad and then type "SUGAR_DADDY" "your desire club".save the file but make sure U save it as all file not as text document.U can name itwith any name but make sure at the end of the name U put .edt and save it in CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\db\700\edt and 701\edt and then start the game

there another file .edt u can make kust open your notepad and type "BOOST_TEAM" "Watford" 20000000 7000 50000 and save it in the path i told before

The first figure represents the amount of money the club will start with. The second figure represents their world reputation and the third will dictate their stadium capacity. The above command example will give Watford £20 million pounds in transfer funds, increase their reputation to about the same level as Chelsea's (Max = 10000, e.g. Manchester United/Real Madrid) and change their stadium capacity to 50,000
