Scenario:

1. 3 seasons into the game I am Liverpool manager and have bought a Fiorentina youth player in the January transfer window.

2. Player agrees terms and joins the team. However, he doesn't appear in any of my squad lists (U/18s, Reserves or First Team).

3. I decide to loan him out to Doncaster just to see what happens. He appears on Doncasters' roster in the First Team but still no where on my rosters as greyed out (you know the colour the player goes when he's out on loan).

4. I then decide to recall him. Once again he doesnt appear on any of my rosters but when I click on his name I see he has no club associated with him and just has an Italian without a club.

5. I decide to download FM Modifier and see if I can do something, but FM Modifier says he plays for Liverpool (the only difference I can see is that I can't seem to edit his Transfer status).

6. I try to release him ...and then the game crashes and tells me a Serious Error has occured.

What do I do? I don't mind uploading my game but to expedite the process, is there a way I can edit the bug?

no i dont think so i heard about this alot but it has never happened to me i think they may have fixed it in 7.0.2 but i honestly dont know.

I started the game with 7.02 installed.

Try searching for the player in-game and offer him a new contract, that used to work. Have you posted this in bugs forum - might get better help in there!
