Hi,

Something I have wanted to do in FM for a long time - but never seen a way of doing that wouldn't take at least a year to implement - is to universally lower the standard of players in the game. i.e. to take everybody's ability and potential down by about 30%.

In theory this shouldn't affect the relative strengths of players and clubs but will have a consequence that emerging young players will potentially be a LOT better than those currently at their peak.

It should also make it easier to create a player who is truly in a league of his own: always a fun scenario that is often frustratingly difficult to create in modern FM versions.

i really dont think there is any way to do that unless you have a lot of free time. Would be cool though.
