I mentioned this before, but it doesn't matter if the league supports B teams or not as long as you don't put both A and B teams in the same league.

ie. You can have a B team in England as long as your first team is not. Say Barcelona B can be placed into the Premiership as their main team are in Spain.

Sorry, I didnt make it that clear. As Dave said you can have B/C teams in any league but as long as the main team is not already in that country.
ie Rangers B in the English leagues or Arsenal B in the Scotish leagues.

You can have B/C teams in the same country as long as that country supports B/C teams.
ie Germany - Ukraine - Spain are a few and there are others which im not 100% clear sure about.

Hmm I created B teams for the EPL big four, swapped them all into Spanish Segunda B 3rd Group, and also moved some of La Liga's best B teams into the same group, and swapped Castilla from BBIX Liga in there. Sort of like a Reserves Super League. Changed the EPL clubs back from Spain to England. But when starting a new game, it crashes during the Setting up Cups/Competitions phase. Anyone have any bright ideas?
