Default How can I force a non-player to stay in the club?
I'm trying to do an experiment, and I need to force some coaches (with 200 CA/PA) to stay at a low level club for a very long time.

Is there any way to achieve this? I have tried changing loyalty, ambition, relationships, contracts, and nothing seems to work.

I am now trying setting the coaches with future transfers long into the future, but I'm not sure if it's going to work.

Any help would be much appreciated!
