Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default 3rd time lucky (tiri tactic)

i have created this tactic and it has worked very well for me so far using it in brief spells managing arsenal, pompey and man u.

style of play:

it is an attacking formation but is also defensive. you will need quick wingers with good crossing and dribbling stats e.g. ronaldo and nani (nani is amazing rm with this tactic). it is a counter attacking formation but the opposition never gets any good chances as my players close them down. you will probably need a quick forward and you will need a good target man(i advise you get simone tiribocch) left/right backs do not neccesarily need good attacking skills but they do go forward so it would probably be better if they did. you will rarely have any pressure but you will need good tacklers in the team as it is set to close down often. you will also probably need good centrebacks (at arsenal i had v.d. borre and tour and they conceded 1 in 11 games. inc. friendlys)

team/player instructions:

each player has there own mentality etc. set with defenders and keeper and defensive midfielder having defensive mentality and very little creative freedom and some have none. whereas the attackers have an attacking mentality but also have little creative freedom. it is a slow tempo but has direct passing. i use target men and playmakers and most creativity comes from the wingers(playmakers). the right a left mids swap positions during match and i think that the front 2 do aswell but start of as you target man being the right striker and the quick one being the left striker. at half time change team mentality down 1 and the same with team creativity. all players are set to cross from byline and aim for target man with corners being set to near post which is where the target man stands and it has quick throws and also has freekicks aiming for best header.

the tactic:

flatback 4 with 2 centre backs having backwards arrows into the sweeper position and the 2 fullbacks have forward arrows upto half way line straight ahead of them. it has a kite like midfield using a defensive midfielder that has a backwards arrow to just in front of centre backs and the attacking midfielder has a forward one to just behind strikes. the wingers are slightly ahead of the attacking mid and have arrows going straght ahead as far as they will go. the strikers both have arrows going to the gap in between them both.

heres my tactic

If you want feed back try playing more games and friendlys what the hell are you a fool ,hardly hard to win them,

You need to play more games and i mean over a season then you might get a better chance of some one esle having a go with your tactic and giving you more info ,
