As the title says this might be a stupid question.

When I have been reading the forums I have seen people saying Mentality 16, Creative freedom 13 and so on.

How do people know where the numbers are on the bars.

hint: middle of the bar = 10

In the preferences, you can change it so that instead of bars, you have numbers. (I can't remember the exact name of the preference, but it's quite obvious

You can? never seen it myself...

1-20 or 1-21 (for team) is the position of the slider 1 being furthest to the left and 20 or 21 being furthest to the right
