Kroshot - I started having even more success when I brought the AML/AMR postions back to ML/MR as stated above. If your team is in superb form then the original tactic is prolific. If you are a weaker side or are going through a bad patch then I suggest you use the ML/MR option.

If you scroll down to middle of page under where it says " No premium user.Please enter"
Put your 4 digit code e.g 7567 next to where it says " here"
Then click " Download via cogent"
And thats it!! Sorry for explaining the obvious but a lot of people seem to get stuck with rapidshare.
