I always find 'Matts training package.rar' from there to be pretty good, it doesn't included goalkeeper training though but develops youth nicely and improves first team players most of them time. The more popular ones on that page (it can be sorted by downloads) are generally the better ones, but there may well be some hidden gems too.
No worries, only problem with Matts Training is that it doesnt cater for part time teams, so have a look at tugs training if you are managing a non-league team or fancy a try of another set of schedules.
Yes Yes, know this a very stupid question, BUT were do I place these schedules? I can't find a folder called schedules?! when I make my own and save them, i can find them in a folder called cprograms\sigames\fm2007\schedules but going into the folder out of the game it isn't there!? anybody know what to do?

Yes mate, you need firstly to load FM. Go to training, click schedules > edit and then Import. Cancel out of this then as just clicking import will create the folder you need. At this point there will be a folder in "my documents > sports interactive > football manager 2007 > schedules" Stick your tactics in there. Hope that is clear enough!
