Yes mate, you need firstly to load FM. Go to training, click schedules > edit and then Import. Cancel out of this then as just clicking import will create the folder you need. At this point there will be a folder in "my documents > sports interactive > football manager 2007 > schedules" Stick your training in there. Hope that is clear enough!
