Training resets itself!!

I'm having a huge problem. Once i set my training roster i cant seem to change it. EG if i originally set it to medium when i created it and then at some point i set it to light it goes back to Medium byd it selff. This is causing a serious problem with my players condition.

i find that if i try to adjust it while in the individual players screen it does reset itself but when i go into the training screen and adjust it is stays saved. dunno if thats any use to ya
