Hi everyone,
some of my players are worried by the lack of MANAGERIAL DISSCIPLINE!!!

Whats that suppose to mean?? and how do I fix it??

usually for not giving someone who has seen red a fine

or who has not turned up for training

sort it out quick it spreads good luck

Give your players more strict feedback on teamtalks...also, discipline them if they get straight red card for two weeks fines and issue warning for two yellows.

are you guys saying that one of my players is not happy because I am not strict with the other players?

because carlos kameni my (GK) is slight concerned about that. eventhough I always prise him for his performance.
