What is a wise thing to do with a fast but technical terrible player?

I got two strikers that are very very fast and keeping outrunning the opponent but then their nose bleed infront of the goal and a lot of chances go wasted.

I have the same issue with my LLM team, real fast strikers but they could'nt hit a barn door for the life of them. They keep missing blindingly easy chances, I don't mean one on ones with the keeper, but tapping the ball over the goal line from a metre away. Somehow they manage to kick the ball 90 degrees in the wrong direction which I don't find realistic.
