I'm pretty certain this has must have been posted on numerous occations but my english ist good enough to find it.
My 2 full backs are decent enough players but at times they just come to a dead halt and waits around for a winger to just come grab the ball from them.
I have tried a crapload of settings and nothing seems to work on them. I know they arent world class or anything like that but neither is the winger they play against.
So I was hoping that someone in here have the solution to my problem or someone can link the thread that shows me to the solution.

Take a look at a tactic on this forum called :
Croat's 4-2-3-1 ( home & away ) tactic set
There are pics. for every position so you dont have to download the tactic

as I said, they arent really word class, so i think I would suffer defesively by doing that.
I use attacking wingbacks and have had no problems defensively because they naturally take up a fullback position when on the defense without the need to barrows or defensive mentalities.
