Elo elo this is my first post
im west ham just about to start my 2nd season and ive only got bellamy and ashton with carlton cole as my backup who is OK but not a player who will score regularly when filling in. i know there are good strikers listed but these all seem too good to be on the bench most of the time and i only have about 4 mill.

any suggestions welcome :-D

with tough neotiating you might get roy makaay? hes older so might accept being on the bench alot?

in my second season at sunderland i got pippo inzaghi on season long loan, so maybe you could try that too. good sub late on with his finsihing .

maybe bruno mezenga, very young wonderkid, buy out clause of 2.2mill at start he might have sold on yours tho.

If you are in your 2nd season, check see if Defoe is still at Tottenham. If he is, then he's generally as backup there to Berbatov, Bent and Keane. You should be able to pick him up very cheap. He's actually very good so will come in handy in rotation with Bellamy (I think Ashton is your best striker and should be played all the time). Or maybe you could get Walcott on loan from Arsenal? He's good off the bench with his pace.
