ive done a search but cant find anything relating to coaching attributes...ive lost my ass manager and would like to know what attributes i need to look for in a new one

In an assistant manager the most important things I suppose are:

1. Tactical knowledge (as he'll be taking charge of your reserves and U18 teams)

2. Working with youngsters (same as above)

3. Judging player potential and current ability (very useful when offering contracts and also coach reports)

4. Motivating (useful in team talks)

Besides these, it'll be very useful if he's got a 7* rating in atleast one coaching aspect.

That should be about it I suppose. Wont hurt if he's got knowledge about players from a few countries either.

Depends on what you are after.

If you want him to look after the reserve team then tactics would be an important attribute. If you want him to look after the youth then Juding Potential and working with youngsters would be important.

If you want him to do the team talks then the motiviating attribute is important. If you want him to pick the side then Judging Ability is important.

If you get a foreign one the Adaptability is important - same for when you have an injury crisis.

The playing mentality and preffered formation are also important if you want to go on holidays.

Determination attribute is important to pretty much every aspect of the game.
