I'm totally confused , I have never been in these parts before but I don't know what to do with Derby County , No matter how many times I play with them I always find myself with no points and pathetic players who never listen to me , So I am begging for your help , I need players who are excellent and are prepared to play for Derby County

Look at getting some good loan players, check the top5-7 clubs for fringe players. Make your goals realistic, try and win the games you can, and look for alot of draws especially on the road.

Tactics, play a tigh and compact 442, with slow temp, and short passing.

get some defenders. sarghi, mclean, hobbs are cheap and okay. torje and lucas trechari(sp) and balazs dzu- something(spelling, hes some hungary dude)are not bad for midfield. for strikers get daniele vantigiatto(also sp) hes from rimini. awesome striker. got 36 goals and 16 assists for me and is everyones favoured personnel.
