Im playing with Everton in dozo's World League. So, I'm in the World League 2 (English League 2). I have two formations. This is my first one (4-4-1 Diamond Attacking):

DMC: Jean Makoun
RM: Arteta
LM: Baines
AMC: Cahill
FC: Thiago, Johnson/Yakubu
Second (4-4-1-1)
GK: Howard
RB/LB: Neville and Baines
CB: Lescott and Yobo
MC: Cahill and Arteta
RM/LM: Leon Osman and James Mcfadden
AMC: Thiago
FC: Yakubu/Johnson
I bought Thiago (3.1m) and Jean II Makoun (6m). Where should I improve? I know there are a lot of weak spots but which one is the weakest?
