Anyone know why he can't play ANY club football until January?

I thought this rule only applied to under 18s???

Well U18 Brazilians are not allowed to sign for clubs abroad. AC Milan signed him but he is not eligible to play for them until he turns 18. That happened in September. But since the next transfer window opens in Jan, he's ineligible to play until then. Even though he signed the deal in the previous transfer window, its not officially recognised until Jan I suppose.

He's not with any other club right now but with AC Milan itself. Thats why he cant play any club football. The could have loaned him back in Brazil I suppose. I dont know why they didnt do that.
